Mushahid is an Outdoor and Experiential Learning specialist with 7+ years of international experience delivering leadership and wellness programs across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa. He has led programs for global organisations including Global Leadership Adventures, The Outdoor Education Group (Australia), and Ecoventure (Sri Lanka & UAE), bringing a strong focus on resilience, team trust, safety and high impact experiences

Facilitation & Learning Partner

Natasha is an international law analyst and former diplomat who designs accessible, rigorous learning experiences for people through her organization, Perspective South. She translates complex global and legal systems into immersive programs focused on diplomacy, global governance, and cross cultural understanding. Her work helps individuals connect lived experience with academic inquiry and develop a clearer sense of purpose within an interconnected world.

Sanchia Supramanium

Founder - Helping hands counselling
Psychological Strategy & Resilience Lead

Sanchia is the founder of Helping Hands Counselling Service and a Counselling Psychologist supporting adults, couples, and families. She earned her Bachelor’s with Distinction from Deakin University and an award winning MSc from Coventry University, graduating as Valedictorian. Her experience spans clinical practice, research, and national mental health initiatives, including work with World Vision Sri Lanka. Trained in CBT and creative therapies, she specializes in depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, and self esteem. She is committed to promoting evidence based care and reducing mental health stigma through practice, research, and community workshops.

Ground Operations & Hospitality

Natalie is the founder and director of Tropical Wanderer, a cultural tour company delivering immersive historical and heritage experiences across Sri Lanka to an international clientele. She combines deep local knowledge with operational expertise and a strong commitment to responsible, culturally informed travel. With over 20 years in banking, she also specializes in risk analysis and the strategic planning of sustainable, multi stakeholder initiatives in Sri Lanka.

ESG and Impact

Every Nil Manel experience supports local guides, farmers, artisans, and micro businesses through sustainable, low impact operations that avoid mass tourism and minimize waste. It creates local job pathways in hospitality, wellness, and cultural preservation while uplifting women led community initiatives. The project also protects cultural and environmental heritage through partnerships for reforestation, mangrove restoration, and the safeguarding of sacred sites. With inclusive, sensory aware design and activities adaptable for mixed abilities, Nil Manel ensures accessibility for all.
